Wages of Sin

Black/Green/Blue Theft

Hedonist’s Trove by Peter Mohrbacher

They say “the wages of sin is death,” but they didn’t specify whose death … or which sin!

The sin in question here is definitely greed. Multiple castings of Villainous Wealth is the ultimate goal: use Damia, Greed, Increasing Ambition, Treasured Find, and Secret Salvage to gather as many copies as you can. Boundless Realms will build up your land portfolio. Spell Swindle and Plasm Capture will filch your opponent’s mana to fuel the villainy. When you cast Villianous Wealth, save a little mana to trigger Duskmantle Guildmage so all those cards you’ll be sending to your opponent’s graveyard will ping them to death on the way. Don’t forget to pile counters on Vulturous Zombie while you’re at it.

Greedy for more? Get Zaxara out first, then create massive Hydra tokens with each casting of Villianous Wealth. So much fun it oughta be a sin!

You might wonder why Fallen Shinobi is in this deck? I have a new policy of putting one random Ninja with the ninjutsu ability into any deck that has room for another card. I just like springing random Ninjas on my opponent ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
