Fists of Krosa

Mono-Green Landfall Triggers and Big Beasts

Kamahl, Fist of Krosa by Matthew D. Wilson

Welcome to the Forbidden Fortress of the Fighting Fists of the Forest’s Fury! Everything here is mad that you’ve come.

The Walls establish your hold on the battlefield early, while the Werebears and Fauna Shamans can help get your big bads out fast. Use Beast Within and Savage Punch to beat down early threats while your landfall triggers build your board.

To finish, you can go tall by equipping Blackblade Reforged on one of your legends, drop big Wurm tokens courtesy of Baru’s Grandeur ability, or use Turntimber Basilisk to clear the path for a giant Oran-Rief Hydra. If going tall isn’t an option, go wide with Kamahl: he can turn your Forests into creatures, then pump them up for an epic rampage. If you’ve got the mana to spare, add an Overrun for an extra bit of punch!

They say, “good fences make good neighbors,” but sometimes a bloody nose is the best way to set boundaries.
